When we refund

If something went wrong on our side — you paid and your report failed to generate, a document is broken or missing, or you were charged twice — email us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full. No forms, no fight.

When we don't

Because the product is delivered and consumed instantly, we don't refund purchases because you disagree with the AI's opinions, scores, or writing style. The free score and roast exist precisely so you can judge the quality before paying.
